At Shiver Shack, our goal is to make every shaved ice and treat a sweet success! Because our items are made fresh and perishable, we keep our refund policy simple and fair.

 

1. Food & Beverage Purchases

All shaved ice, drinks, and treats are final sale once served. If there’s a problem (wrong order, flavor issue, or product concern), please let our team know immediately, and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a credit. Refunds are only provided for verified order errors or defective merchandise (like branded cups or T-shirts).

 

2. Event or Party Bookings

Cancel 7+ days before your event → Full refund

Cancel 3–6 days before → 50% refund

Cancel within 48 hours → Non-refundable, but we may offer a reschedule when possible.
