Shiver Shack was created by Joe and Vicki Garratt — a husband-and-wife team born and raised right here in Marion County. This community is our home. It’s where we grew up, where we built our lives, and where we’re now raising our own kids. Every scoop of shaved ice and every tropical flavor we serve is inspired by the people, places, and memories that shaped us.
